No there's a weird ska/polka band called Brave Combo from Denton that plays a giant show in Denton every year and as soon as Randall described his Terrain aspirations I knew they'd be a perfect match

Oh it wouldn’t be random trust me. Me and Dustin are BOTH the type to work out what he’s gonna play on Skype beforehand. It’d be planned but only LOOK like it was impromptu lol

It's still alive and well for the people who want to buy really expensive passes but I definitely don't hear about people going for free showcases anymore, definitely feels more industry centric now

That must be it then, because I feel like I have heard of friends or acquaintances going to it in like 5+ years. I've never been into multi-day long festivals or shit like that. No thanks.

 

I'm really excited about Mailata. Feel like he has the potential to be great....he's obviously done precisely nothing to warrant that thought but I just have a really good feeling about him. If not this year then 2020 for sure.
