I think it depends on which perspective you are looking at it. I think superstar players have done very well in his time in that role, but I think there is a case for the blue collar players, or the MLE types that they have done worse, outside of the 2016 spike. Time will tell when we can look back with certainty, but I don't think he's crushed it in the role, personally. I think it's gonna end up being more of a split and what level player is being discussed.

 

The sonics are just gonna be owned by a bunch of former players at this point
