Having Iguodala for a year really won’t change anything for us (except hopefully dumping the Lee contract) but it’ll sure feel good to keep him from the lakers / rockets.

Guessing they use him as a positive locker room presence for the young guys and by trade deadline they ship him to a contender to get some return on their investment.

 

I can't imagine that Iggy would want to go to a non-contending team at this point in his career...but as long as he doesn't go to any real contending team (other than the Lakers ) I won't be super upset about it.

 

Would love Iggy back on the sixers. He just fits with so many contenders there should be a huge market for him.

I have not met a single knick fan here in the empire state who believes what theyre doing now/did is “smart”. Any knick fan i know would trade a championship season now for anything in 2021.
