I didn’t realize (until I watched the game today) that it was their 2nd / backup (whatever the terminology is) goalie starting, not their main one so less troubling I guess.

 

Also, the Seattle Times fan vote selected “Seattle Sockeye(s)” for the winning team name.

I personally don’t really care what the team is called, just happy to be getting a team and no team name or logo will make everyone happy. People should just be happy that hockey is coming.

 

I'm actually working on a Seattle uni/brand design in class now so no doubt will they reveal both before I finish haha
