Bruce Feldman had a piece in si a few days ago and team B definitely seems like it's the browns. If it is they have mayfield and Jackson as qb1 and 2. McNair has Watson as his qb, it won't mean shit if they pick Jackson. If anything they'll feel even more empowered.
