Wouldn’t surprise me at all. My guess for what they’re doing this season is throwing a bunch of young and cheap guys out there, hoping some break out, and then filling the gaps in FA/trades/draft next offseason to hopefully compete for real then. So if Mack and Wilkins aren’t great, Bell could make a ton of sense

 

Danny Etling did, in fact, make the Practice Squad btw.

Also, if you're the Raiders and the Pats call and offer up the Bears 2nd Round Pick for Amari Cooper, that maybe gets it done right?

I mean, he’s slow now but he knows how to put himself in a dominant position that boxes out the defender. Wilson’s pretty deadly accurate and needs a big target, Graham and Richardson are gone. He legit could score some touchdowns, especially with Baldwin’s knee an issue this year.
