Pace has had a great off-season up until now so I want to trust him on this, but damn. They better think he won't come back the same after his ACL tear otherwise I do not get this at all.

I get not keeping a guy coming off a torn acl but when you're the bears and your receivers (outside of ARob coming off injury) are shit as it is, not keeping a guy that would basically be on a 1yr 5m deal is a bit of a head scratcher. They must think he's donezo or think they're gonna draft someone good.

 

Taking a WR with #8 is probably a reach, so I bet they'll take one in the 2nd round since they don't have a 3rd.

I imagine we'll see a lot of two TE two RB sets though
