Brockers was really good for them but I guess they could always draft another DL

 

I’d assume they go pass rusher or WR in the draft right?

 

I think it's time for them to invest in a pass rusher, especially with Suh on a one year deal.

Whoever they draft to play DE won't see a double team for the entire season. Donald and Suh will make it so easy to develop a DE.

It’s funny that most Panthers fans hate the idea of trading for Odell because of his “antics” but they love Steve Smith who broke a teammates jaw (I love Smitty too).

 

Was only half-heartedly serious. I've accepted Darnold at this point. BUT if they took Mayfield first overall in some alternate reality I wouldn't be mad.

The Myles Jack hit on CJ Fiedorowicz (3rdQ 12:17) was awful. He straight up went high on him and made no effort to bend. I will absolutely give you that. Definitely needed to lower his pad level on that one, he tackled with awful technique on impulse.

However, he didn't injure 3 TE in a game. He did injure Bruce Ellington (3rdQ 9:22) but that was incidental, on Jack's interception they both went for the ball at the same time and collided without seeing each other, Jack's helmet hit Ellington's while he was intercepting the ball.

Ryan Griffin (2ndQ 11:02) and Steven Anderson (4thQ 1:57) were both injured by Tashaun Gipson actually, and neither one was a dirty hit. Gipson tripped Griffin up by going for his feet and he got concussed by his helmet hitting the turf. The Anderson concussion was a little uglier, but they both went low at the same time, Gipson was not headhunting, he attempted to tackle Anderson at waist level and when Anderson lowered his shoulder both helmet-crowns collided.

/Just revisiting some Jags film and I actually looked for the Jack concussions while watching the week 1 game. One bad hit is still too many.... but it's easier for me to believe it was an honest mistake now that I went back through the game and realized it only happened once, not multiple times. I didn't see any other negligent helmet to helmet hits.

 

It is 2am on a Monday, son. Why would you set out to watch multiple games just to ruin Dustins birthday? Rude.
