I can see 7 to 9 wins easily. I feel like the defense and running game will carry you guys to that though. The lack of fire power at WR without ARob is gonna be rough.

I think my hottest take is that Luck is overrated

getting Barkley though would certainly help him out tremendously

Andy Luck is good...but he's not worth all the praise he gets even after not playing in 2017.

I think Howie is trying to roll the dice on a training camp injury or early season injury. Wait until a team is desperate right before the regular season starts or in the first few weeks.

Andrew Luck hasn't had weapons, a run game, an offensive line, or a defense. Luck would have multiple rings if he was one an average roster instead of one of the bottom three in the NFL.

    Player A (77 games): 62.7% completion, 106 TD, (4% TD%), 66 INT (2.5% INT%), 7.0 YPA, 86.5 QB rating
    Player B (70 games): 59.2% completion, 132 TD (5% TD%), 68 INT (2.6% INT%), 7.2 YPA, 87.3 QB rating
    Player C (109 games): 62.3% completion, 167 TD (4.7% TD%), 93 INT (2.6% INT%), 7.2 YPA, 88.7 QB rating

one of those guys is considered an elite QB. The other 2 are considered average at best.

Oh I agree, I'm still in the camp that wants to trade him. The main reason I wanna trade him is to avoid any bullshit or drama during the season.

The fact that Luck managed to carry that trash team to the playoffs those three years is nothing short of a miracle

Bet you A and C don't play for the worst roster in the NFL tho

Read what Matt said. You still need a team. If you put Rodgers on any of those Colts teams he'd get the shit kicked out of him.

you guys act as if the Packers roster has been great recently

    It...has not.

anyways we don't need to beat a dead horse, I just don't think Luck is an elite QB. He is very good, but he isn't top 5.

To the AFC title game no less. If he had a team around him they could have beat the Pats.

Also, Dalton and Tannehill are indeed very average. The most average in fact haha.

The Packer's roster hasn't been great, but if you think it's comparable to the Colts you're absolutely wrong. That team is god awful and has been for years.

They have notable names on defense though. Colts barely have names. And Rodgers has a better line and weapons.

Also, is that dead horse thing a fucking pun?

I think Luck is definitely better than Tannehill (and Dalton), that wasn't the point I was trying to prove

if we are being fair with the "needs players around him" thing, go back and look at some of the skill position players/defense/OLthat Tannehill had early on in his career

  21. broken22

Luck may not be top 5, but he's top 10 in my opinion. If you're top 10 you're better than average or just good.

Tannehill had Landry and Lamar Miller. He had a decent enough line (much better than the Colts), a much better defense, etc...

There's really no comparison for the awful teams that were assembled around Luck. Like, even those Dolphins teams were leaps and bounds better. You're really underestimating how little talent there was on that team on both sides of the football.

Not to mention Chuck Pagano just wasn't a very good coach. Arians should have been the head coach of that team.

like I said, Luck is the better QB. My main point is that I don't think Luck is a top 5 elite QB. I know that isn't a popular take.

my guy,,,,,are we forgetting this asshole?
