Wanting Fournette to succeed, stay healthy, and get used in the passing game, and to have a better balanced offense, were goals we both had and were worried wouldn’t happen I thought haha. I even said that the key to us winning games is Fournette staying healthy, and building around him getting better opportunities to carry the ball.

Firing coaches so quickly is dumb. But, I'd bet organizations probably understand that coaches can't come in and win right away with teams with poor rosters, but fire them anyways because they gotta keep interests high to sell their product while GMs try to put out a roster, or rather, stumble into a QB, that will eventually help them compete. Coaches are just acceptable sacrificial lambs to the public. It "shows" they are doing something to try and improve. Sadly, most of the public gobble it up.

I also feel like players should be held accountable as well considering the money they get paid.

With the average career lasting 3-4 years, I'd say they pretty much are, imo. With the amount of money the owners get, the money is moot.
