Agree with all of that, he hasn’t shown he can adjust to the modern league, and it shows when he misuses their young talent, and leans too heavily on the older guys

 

Is Norv gonna get the axe? I guess you could just credit CMC but I actually like what he did with Cam and that offense

 

Not using DJ Moore and Curtis Samuel, even though every time they touched the ball it turned to gold, is just bad. If Cam's shoulder is ailing and you don't want him throwing downfield, then why the fuck are you not scheming in more short routes to your electric YAC guys? Why was the game plan still to try to high point passes to fuckin Devin Funchess? Makes zero sense. CMC is amazing but he can't do everything the team needs by himself.

 

I like Norv and I think he’ll stay. The offense looked pretty good until Cam’s shoulder started being a problem.

 

Like the team has Ian Thomas, DJ Moore, Chris Samuel, thats 3 awesome receiving weapons I wish the Jags had, and its pathetic how underused all three of them are.

 

Why do that when you can scheme 3-5 yard plays to Jarius goddamn Wright on third down.

 

Jarius Wright has been a solid pickup. He’s made plenty of enough plays this season considering his role on the team. He’s the 4th/5th WR so we shouldn’t be expected much from him.

 

Moore and Samuel with Wright in the slot has had success this year.
