They’re about to promote me so that I train new servers so that’s cool. If I do that for a couple months and get that on my resume’ I can likely get any kind of exotic restaurant job I want in the future, because that certainly says I was a top server at Chart House.

If I were to land a job at one of those 200-300 a night spots, I could move wherever I want and continue to pursue music so that’s a hopeful goal.

Would absolutely be fine with this. I like Gase more than I like Rivera tbh

Rivera is too much like Marrone. He’s better, but we need to do something with our fucking offense haha. Steve Smith and Cam have carried his subpar passing attack the whole time he’s been coach.

 

I am kind of meh on Gase, but lean towards the "I like him side"

the problem is I could absolutely see him go elsewhere and have tremendous success

 

Marrone is back in 2019 but hopefully we hire his replacement to replace Hackett

I just don’t know how you keep Marrone after this. The players literally don’t think he’s a winner or trust him at this point

 

I get using Cam’s injury as an excuse to give Rivera another chance but there have been other problems prior to the injury that should cost him his job. Cam’s shoulder was fine at the beginning of the year and he was having his best season yet. But we were still struggling overall because the defense was horrendous. Rivera eventually took over the defense and things quickly improved. Which goes to show he’s a good coach but also shows his biggest weakness. He trusts “his guys” too much. The fact that Washington was named DC was a mistake and we paid for it throughout the season. That’s on Rivera. And this type of thing goes back years. Josh Norman was “in the dog house” and only got his chance to start after injuries. Taylor Moton, our best OL this year, wouldn’t have seen the field without injuries. DJ Moore wasn’t getting any time until he broke out a big play one week. Curtis Samuel was losing snaps to Torrey Smith. Andrew Norwell wasn’t playing initially. He held onto Shula for too long and wasted good years of Cam.

He’s a great defensive coach. But I don’t think he’s a great head coach.
