@Fucking Dustin and Chart House also has seasonal rotating oysters so they can always have them the freshest. My favorites are definitely the Blue Point oysters they get in that cold-ass Connecticut water in the winter.

Best ones I've ever had locally bar-none are from Appalachiola.

Can't believe I forgot snapper though. That's a big missing piece on my seafood list. Put snapper... Below Maryland Blue Crabs and above ahi tuna at #9. As long as Ahi still makes my top 10.

It's my most frequent go-to and also the thing I recommend the most for first time sushi eaters haha, it's a GREAT gateway

 

I could eat sushi every meal of every day

 

It just tastes so fresh and clean, like a cloud of aqua flavor lol

 

The ONLY complaint I have about Colorado is being landlocked so our seafood prices are a bit more than coastal states
