Browns and 49ers lead the league in dead cap space in 2017...both entered 2018 off-season with $100+ mil in cap space (49ers had so much cap space that Jimmy G is a $40mil cap his this year and the 49ers are STILL 4th most in cap space right now).

If you cant make the playoffs, its best to fold, get young, and build for the next 2-3 years

 

He's missed 17 games in the last 2 seasons. Jordan Reed is also a top 3 TE when he's healthy...which is never.

Contract is decent though if he can stay healthy.
