Damn. I just remember we are most likely getting and extra 3rd rounder because of the Josh Norman debacle.

 

Obi Melifonwu is getting a lot of hype this week because of his weigh-in. He'll probably be a combine standout as well.

At 6'4 219, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of teams are considering him as a linebacker. If he adds 10-15 pounds, he'd be fine there.

 

I wonder where my Nova guy Tanoh Kpassagnon goes

There was a lot of hype about him at the senior bowl this week

 

He destroyed Forrest Lamp in one on ones.

 

Daeshon Hall is awesome. Overshadowed by Garrett at A&M, but he might be a first round talent as well.

 

I'm probably gonna miss the senior bowl, darn

 

There's some hype building around town for Pittsburgh to take a QB 1st or 2nd this year. Since it's sinking in that Ben won't be around forever. While I'd rather take an OLB 1st. If one of the QBs falls I'd be all over it.

 

My god draft a defense!

 

This is a horrible QB draft class though.

 

I haven't looked at it much yet. I don't expect Ben to retire this year. But even if we draft a guy with some raw talent, etc. they don't have to start right away. And worst case scenario the guy isn't starter material, he'll probably be a more serviceable backup than Landry.

I'm still pulling for OLB or WR first round though.

Lorenzo Jerome had the best performance today. 2 INTs and a forced fumble.

Interested to see what his 40 time is.

 

Did OJ Howard look good?

 

Sure we have the no. 1 WR in football. But no one across from him. Even with Bryant coming back who knows how long he'd stay on the field.

 

He didn't play very long, but he made an impact early on. He had four or five catches in the first half.

So which position would you target? I've said that OLB is our biggest need. CB needs help but I really can't trust our front office to draft someone anymore. They need someone across from Burns who was solid as a rookie, but Cockrell needs to go for sure. DLine needs depth but the starters are set for a long time. Safety and ILb are also fine. I could see maybe a replacement in line for Timmons.

The Steelers fielded one of the youngest defenses last year, in pretty confident in most of the pieces. They just need some seasoning.

And they'll take a second round prospect instead.

 

And then the pats will take him lol

I think the steelers should look hard at Webb, he could sit for the year and he could be a solid backup (anyone is better than Landry though). In like round 4, maybe trade up like the raiders did

 

The Pats won't take him. They'll take a fifth round prospect who will either be cut in two years or an All-Pro in three.

 

I mean the one time they didn't trade out they took Malcolm brown and he's been okay but probably.

Jags will trade up for him and they'll still go 3-13, better?
