I don't get how Severson has been a healthy scratch but this is the defense we are legitimately starting night after night

 

that's also because the sharks game plan has literally been only to feed burns and the offense has now cradled because of that

Having been a NC citizen for the last 4 years, I really hope they get back in... they were close last season up until the last week or so.

 

I've been skeptical all year, but they've been on fire the last month or so & all they need to do is be better than the Islanders or the Penguins (who they just beat twice). It's not as much of a longshot as it looked a month ago.

 

It's good to see, as a non-fan of the team. I was highly impressed with them when they played Nashville earlier in the season. Seemed like a team who maybe just hadn't put it all together yet at the time.

Vatanen has been very good the past couple weeks.

yes, he has been bad tonight, but that doesnt negate how important he has been. hes allowed everyone else to settle into their roles.

go look at Henrique's stats the past 3 weeks or so. He has 1 point in his last like 10 games

It's obviously irrational of me, but damn you have to admit he has had an awful awful game and that was not a good shot attempt.

 

I said he has played poorly tonight. But most of the defense has, tbh

that doesnt discount the fact that he has been quite good the past few weeks

 

He’s already said he has. People have bad games all the time. I’m sure Sami will bounce back.

Felt the same way when they played the Leafs - earlier in the season, obviously not talking about the next century game which was...well.

I know y'all hate the Stars here but I'm kind of excited because that was Seguin's first short handed goal ever, and they've been playing really well, and after last season it's nice to have some measure of confidence in them again. But I'm also once again worried about Rads, so there's that.

 

Both teams traded periods looking like garbage but now this Ducks/Oilers game feels like the playoffs. So many momentum changes.

 

Cammy goal on Gibby was great.

 

Man he bit harder than I did on my double double when I was hungover after new years.

 

These OT/SO losses for Anaheim will kill them in the end of the season
