Unless they think Mariota is only gonna miss a game or less that is probably the dumbest decision in football this year. Really want to like and cheer for the Titans, but I want them to lose every game Weeden starts - and have him be absolutely atrocious (as he will be and always has been) - and have the pressure build and build as their season gets ruined.

 

Glad the NFL is doing that. I wish they would expand it to other awarenesses outside of cancer also.

 

Well given nearly half the 49ers team kneeled during the anthem this week, and York's supportive comments on Reid's pursuit of social justice, doubt the 49ers are one of em.

La Canfora clarified he didn't speak with Kap about standing for the anthem. Thought I'd heard he didn't plan to continue kneeling but apparently that never came confirmed from Kap himself.
