Blowing the game after that sucks but I am 1000% pro-scepter celebrations and overall cockiness in general. It's a game. Have fun.

 

I forgot that sumlin lost some high quality recruits because he promised them all the reps in games and couldn't give it to them

 

Cannot believe UCLA came back. Wow.

 

Making my first trip to Mercedes-Benz Stadium tonight to watch this shit show of a game.

I really wish I was. I actually looked up ticket prices last night and they were reasonable. I’ve just spent to much $$$ on other stuff recently.

 

Yeah I would have loved to have gone too. I've been working a really early shift though lately - 5:30-3:30 so if I had gone to the game it would have messed up my entire week. Wish it started at 7.

 

Having zero expectations for a football season kinda takes away the fun of it. Interested to see how the Vols look tonight. Expect nothing from this season.

 

You could finish anywhere from second best to second worst. Though, as a Jags fan, who can finish in the playoffs or in the bottom three, I feel your struggle.

 

Exactly. And Florida's performance and Eason's injury kinda blew the east open. But until I see us play why bother hoping

Second as in second in the SEC East? There's not a high chance, but there is definitely a chance we could win the SEC East.

 

Yeah but there's no chance you finish below Missouri and first to second to last doesn't have as clean of a ring to it. So sorry, ain't happening.

Not Missouri. I think Georgia will in the end but if Florida or Tennessee does it wouldn't shock me. I wouldn't even be surprised if SC did with how they played against NC State and Vanderbilt would've won the east last season with any other QB from their division under center.

 

I think Georgia, Florida, Tennessee is a crapshoot. I’d probably give the slight edge to Georgia. Tennessee’s season will likely be decided by a few games, Florida being the biggest. Conference games are wild and anything could happen. Those will be the top three East teams.

It’s going to be nice to watch a QB who can actually throw the ball well by the way. That being Dormady. I know people say Butch Jones is on the hot seat, but unless there is a failure of cataclysmic proportions, like missing out on bowl eligibility, his job is probably safe.

 

Georgia has been the favorites so many times in the past few years, I wouldn't hedge my bets. I know richt is gone so maybe it'll be different, Fromm looked good though idk

 

That’s why I’m not all in on Georgia winning. A lot like Tennessee, they just seem to always do the same thing every year (a bad loss or two) despite the hype.

 

I think Florida will rebound well and figure out how to offense, they'd be my pick still. Maybe it's just recency bias tho

 

Watch out for Mizzou


But not really, I like Florida to win the East with Kentucky as the darkhorse

 

Well I'm sure all their suspended players will be back for the UT game in two weeks.
