we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

I would actually go Agholor/Williams. Morris is a fine play too though.

  2. Drewski

    Maybe so, maybe not.

My fourth straight semifinal in my big money home league. Have been to the finals three straight times, but only have one title in that span. Ughhhh.

Normally don't ask, but what do you people think on this one in 1/2 point PPR:

Robby Anderson @ NO (Bryce Petty under center)
Jordy Nelson @ CAR (Rodgers potentially back)

Rodgers IS back. I’d roll with Nelson.

  4. Drewski

Yeah, leaning that way. The Rodgers-Jordy connection is good for a one-yard fade route TD or an 80-yard bomb, even in a minus matchup versus the Panthers. We have no clue what Bryce Petty is, though my opponent messaged me a photo of Petty and Anderson laughing together at practice to make me overthink my decision haha.

    Lets Go. Prestigious

Petty and Anderson had a nice connection at the end of last year IIRC

but I would still roll with Jordy I think.

  6. Which one do I sit in PPR? Russell is my QB.

    AJ Green @ MIN
    Doug Baldwin vs LAR
    Jordy Nelson @ CAR
    Demaryius Thomas @ IND (tonight)

  7. I'm playing for a spot in the title game. Here's a look at my line up I'm rolling with.

    QB: Matt Stafford
    RB: Lenoard Fournette
    RB: Rex Burkehead
    WR: AB
    WR: Nuk Hopkins
    TE: Kyle Rudolph
    Flex: Julio Jones
    Kicker: Butker
    Defense:Chargers

  8. DT easily.

Seriously no idea but my usual starting WRs are Crabtree and cooks so picking him up should help me in championship weeks.

    My biggest decisions are:

    Watkins, Agholor, or K. Benjamin?

    and

    Goff or Jimmy G?

Also no idea what to do if Nuk Hopkins, Fournette, and Rudolph all don't play.

JuJu popping up on the injury report has me worried. I’m starting him (as of now) and playing against Antonio Brown and Roethlisberger. If JuJu can’t play, that just means even more passes being funneled to AB. Ugh.

  12. No Rudolph this week and Fournette missed his 3rd straight practice.

  13. Drewski

I'm (sort of) not stressing the no Lenny. I do have Ivory, but Lenny being out would make my Jordy Nelson vs. Robby Anderson decision a bit easier because I'd be able to start both.

I was bullish on Anderson this week, but Evan Silva had this great stat:

I think Jets pass catchers are best treated as fades. The lone exception is Robby Anderson, who ranks seventh in the NFL in 20-plus-yard catches (17) and faces a New Orleans defense allowing the league’s second-most 20-plus-yard completions (49). A favorite of Petty’s from preseason, Anderson’s box scores read 3/69/0 > 4/61/1 > 6/99/0 > 4/80/1 in Petty’s four most-extensively played 2016 games.

Should be playing from behind and one broken play could mean kaboom...

  14. Thankfully I picked up Ivory today.

  15. Drewski

    Maybe so, maybe not.

Have been holding Ivory for weeks, but made sure to handcuff all my other RBs as well this week. Essential if you're this far in.

I did too. Though I'm unsure how much Yeldon will eat into Ivory's workload (assuming Fournette doesn't play).

  17. Drewski

    Maybe so, maybe not.

In the first game Lenny was out, Yeldon won out on points because he had a long catch and run if I remember right. Other games, Ivory was basically a 2-3 down back with Yeldon as the change of pace or pass catcher.

  18. Max_123

    Nope. Supporter

I'm in the championship round, have Fournette, and just grabbed Ivory and Yeldon :-)

My opponent has Fournette and I almost picked up Ivory just to screw him but then saw better RBs on the wire (Mike Davis) and picked him up even though I have no desire to play him at all. Jax still has a touch match-up on the ground (vs a good Hou run defense).

I have Fournette and Rudolph so UGH.

I grabbed Ivory but hoping I can get K Williams off waivers when it clears tomorrow.

    Woke Up Right Handed Prestigious

I have R. Anderson, but can't justify playing him over AJ, Baldwin, or Goodwin this week (standard)

  22. If you're a Fournette owner, Ivory is a must start if he doesn't play. Last game Ivory started he got 20 touches for 70 yards.

    GrantCloud likes this.
  23. Also, I gotta start Julius Thomas in place of Rudolph. Yuck. It's either Thomas or Seals. Probably Thomas though.

  24. GrantCloud

    Prestigious Prestigious

i was lucky enough to snag ivory today (fournette owner)

  25. If Fournette doesn't play, my fucking running backs are Ivory and Burkehead with Thomas or Seals at TE.
