yup. after watching the brazilian crowd during the men's one yesterday, i knew it'd be turnt. winning is so important to not have to do back to back "away" matches, let alone guarantee a medal

 

If Brazil were to win all three of these matches we're never gonna hear the end of it.

 

So glad China only needed two match points for the indoor, I couldn't handle the intensity of both indoor and the US ladies on the beach simultaneously.

I'm sure this has been said before but goddamn do I feel so proud of how diverse and multicultural our American team is (and always is). No other country on the planet can claim that kind of diversity on their teams. It's truly amazing to watch.

Also in to say how awesome it is to see fellow New Jersey native Laurie Hernandez kill it in gymnastics.
