What a brutal way to lose in OT, that game woulda been huge for us...try again in game 2.

 

This is the only thing I legitimately enjoy about being a Leaf fan the last decade: not having to deal with the stress of playoff hockey and the pain of loss.

Except for... you know... that one time WHICH WE MUST NEVER SPEAK OF but otherwise man it's been kinda nice.

 

Blackhawks and Red Wings lose what a great start to the playoffs.

 

Couldn't catch the game last night but by all accounts we played really well minus the power play. Keith coming back will be big

Also Hitchckock wants to get the hit count in the 70s, he should ask Ryan Kessler about that strategy.

The more and more I think about the series, the less confident I become. This is why I shouldn't think.

 

The Wings/Bolts game started out extremely boring but ended up being a great game. Abdelkader and Drouin going forward are going to be fun to watch. Both played with an edge.

I feel asleep in the third of the Hawks/Blues game but it was great too. Just waiting for the Hawks game that goes to triple OT just like every year.

 

I live in a Rangers dense area, so that Pens win was wonderful. A shame it was overshadowed by Kobe.

 

Are Bruins fans allowed in this thread even if our team isn't in the playoffs? i don't get what Claude has to do to get fired already.

I know. I'm pissed. I want him, Sweeney and Cam all gone. This team is going nowhere anytime soon.

 

Eh, I think Claude couldn't do anymore with what he had. They're certainly not finding a better coach on open market. Cam HAS to go, he's been common thread between Chia and Donny's bonehead trades/signings.

Oh but they're also trying to resign Kevan Miller so LOL fuck me

 

Also the Rangers just recalled Magnus Hellberg soooooo....

 

I want all three heads to roll. Claude, Don and Cam. I don't love Claude as a coach of a young team. I don't love the deadline decisions Don made. And Cam will forever be haunted by Tyler Seguin.

 

I don't think Claude is the problem. The roster just isn't that good and that falls on Neely/Chiarelli and I guess a bit on Sweeney

 

I don't think Claude is #1 on the list of problems. But i do think he's on the list. Of course the roster isn't good enough. I just don't think Claude is the guy to help develop the young guys we're eventually gonna need to depend on.
