I definitely agree. (And I watched those years.) I put LeBron over Kobe and Curry easily.

 

Durant being clued in on defense in this Warriors series has taken him to holy shit level. He's like Durant. And now Gobert on top. It's scary as shit.

 

I never get the argument for Kobe being better than Lebron, like at all. You could make a convincing case that Kobe was never even the best player in the NBA at any point during his career.

 

Good JR montage. He's been playing hard and is definitely buying in tonight.

Lebron's game is just so complete. He impacts every part of the game. Kobe and Curry are great scorers and a lot of people are more attracted to that. LBJ is a dominant scorer but he's also an elite defender, rebounder, and passer.

 

It's as quiet as a church in there.

 

And I'm not unsure he's not a better coach than half the league. Smart. Usually makes great decisions. His passing is as good as anyone in the league in over a decade. Like you have to just be bored of how good he is to discredit him at this point, it's unfair watching him. The ultimate queen on the chess board.

I think that's a lot of it, and a lot of people don't want to admit it. I'll admit I've been there at points, but there are always moments when the spectacle of it just draws me back in, especially during the playoffs.

 

I honestly wasn't aware anybody would take Kobe over Lebron lol.

 

I don't ever see it much, if at all, in die-hard NBA circles, but you'll see it thrown around on twitter a lot, and assuming it's not just Lakers fans or hyperbole when Lebron loses, as mentioned in this thread before, Kobe plays a more "entertaining" game, for lack of a better term, and I can see why someone would choose to watch him over Lebron if they're not into the NBA week in and week out, but Lebron is absolutely the more complete player.

I stay off Twitter haha. Yeah as far as being complete players, it's not even close in my book. Didn't really feel like Kobe made anybody that much better around him. I could be talking out of my ass, I never followed him that closely really lol.
