There's a chance D'Antoni would still be with the Knicks if they hadn't massively screwed up their roster with the Carmelo trade and the D. Lee S&T. In fact, you could argue that the '12-'13 Lakers are the only D'Antoni team that's significantly underachieved, and even then there were a lot of variables not totally under his control. Apart from the Horry Check year--again, out of his control--they weren't better than San Antonio during his PHX seasons.

I don't mind that hire.

 

How can you hire anybody related to the current 76ers team. I know he got hired in like December, but still. Also, I'm not sure Harden will work well in his offense.
