Yeah, I'm pretty inclined to agree with this. As a basketball coach myself, if my team's not drawing fouls over quarters at a time, it's generally because of our style of play. You don't draw many fouls hoisting threes. (The Cavs only went to the line sixteen times last night, while shooting 41 threes.)

Although from what I watched, the referees have missed more calls than I feel is permissible at this level, Toronto's not getting to the line as much at certain times because their strategy is "Jump shot, jump shot, jump shot". That's mostly because they don't have the personnel right now (besides Lowry/Joseph/Biyombo) to attack the rim against the Cavs, but I digress.
