Wow Lucroy vetoed it? Did not see that coming.

Gonna miss Miller but Frazier and Judge in an outfield sounds too nice lol. Is Frazier close to ML ready?

I didnt know that, I figured if he was a journalist he would be using his whole name and not just his first. After last year or the year before where all those kids were tweeting out rumors and people were believing them about trades and signings I have been weary to trust a treat from someone I dont know of.

  3. What an incredibly selfish player Lucroy is - he complains all offseason about wanting to be on a contender and then he gets his wish and vetoes it? Ugh

Frazier needs at least another year imo, doesn't matter cause the yanks will basically be tanking for the next two or three so they can take their time bringing the guys up.

He has earned the right to veto trades though. He knows he is being traded and is okay with it based on him wanting to go to a contender, he probably just wants to go to one he wants to. Many people veto trades and still get traded, nothing selfish about it, he has earned the veto power.

If they all realize their potential a trio of Frazier-Judge-Bird is exciting to dream about. And probably add one big free agent bat in there in 2018. Except for Hicks, Cashman's moves have been great last two years. And J.R. Murphy is in the minors so that's a wash anyways.

Understandable. If you've been around the rumor mill enough you'll start to pick up on enough recognizable names haha.

Big part of my daily routine and most frequently visited website(besides Chorus) is MLB trade rumors

It's up to their 22yr old gm to find a good move still out there, or he can wait till the offseason and hope Lucroy doesn't fumble

I have a hard time knowing beat writers for 30 teams, people think knowing prospects is hard.

To be honest I know like zero prospects for other teams that aren't Rangers/Astros(and even that is only like top tier guys) but I recognize team's beat writers/national baseball journalists/local guys haha

Wow why did the Yankees even bother with Clippard... His fly-ball rate is going to be disastrous in Yankee Stadium.

Good for Lucroy. Sucks for Brewers fans, but it's his negotiated right.

Now I'd love if Boston could step in and get him at a reduced price.

FUMING about Lucroy...so he vetoes trade to contender because Indians wouldn't agree to nix club option Yet he'll stay in a losing situation with a team who will most definitely pick up his option? What a goon.

And Frazier was just promoted to AAA last week. Probably a year away.

No trade clauses exist for a reason. In fact, precisely this reason. Lucroy has every right to find the situation that he's most comfortable with. Players so rarely have that power in trades, so good for him.
