The Kessel family is incredible.

 

Found a sports bar in Lausanne, Switzerland on my vacation called Crazy Canucks which proudly displayed a signed and framed Daniel Briere Habs jersey. That was unexpected.

 

Dude on NHL network said Rangers are heavily involved in acquiring Shattenkirk but I don't know how reliable he is so I didn't feel like posting the tweet.

Still can't believe that trade happened. And that it wasn't the most shocking trade that day.

I hope Schenn gets something like that....anything north of 5M for him is a mistake.

i was hoping that with the kreider deal done, hayes gets shopped and Buchnevich slots in.

 

I think it'd be different if Hayes wasn't a C. I think Hayes got too much $, but hopefully he bounces back from last year's trash. I also think that there's still at least 1 or 2 more trades up Gorton's sleeve before the season starts.

 

As much as I like Steeger I'm glad the Hawks aren't attempting to throw a couple mil at him for another year and let some younger players develop. Really surprised that he's going to the Swiss league though, he's only like 30

 

I would have happily given Versteeg a deal, but I'm sure dude is sick of being traded.

But yeah, he has to find work overseas and Matt Martin gets a four year deal on day 1 of FA. Go figure

I thought Versteeg was a great fit in Carolina but I think they're going in a different direction now. Him and Eric Staal were pretty much attached at the hip.

 

Where's the best place to start a dynasty league? Ive been eager to join one but haven't found a league. I'm guessing ESPN.
