The Pens visibly aren't trying, are missing over half a dozen regulars, and we still only look marginally better than they do

I legit texted my friend about how the Pens don't even look like they are trying and they are still managing to be in this game.

 

Calling it now - we lose 3-2 in OT, with Phil getting all 3 goals.

We're gonna go up 2-1 on Matthews 40th and Leaf Nation is gonna be high as fuck, and we'll hold that lead until like 30 seconds left. And then that's when everything will go horribly wrong.

 

Leafs just got a phantom tripping call in their favour.

The refs are actively trying to rig it for us and we'll still fuck it up.

although the maple leafs/penguins game was good, I'm now watching college hockey because it's the best.

I was going to argue with this until he completely miscued on the one timer ... carry on.

 

In Hyman's defense - and this is the only time I will ever use that phrase, out of principle if nothing else - the puck was off the ice when he tried one-timing it. Willy didn't sauce it properly - another phrase I'll probably never use again.

I'm not watching this shit, and I'm so happy I'm gonna be missing tomorrow's game as well.
