Thanks, I'm really looking forward to it especially with P.K. there now. Please tell me the gold helmets aren't any every home game thing because I'm really not a fan and I'm hoping they won't be wearing them. I'll be at the game against the Penguins next saturday.

 

Pulkkinen is just getting waived? Good god, Holland sucks. He's going to get claimed without a doubt.

wasn't just last year when the red wings refused to trade pulk with someone else and now they are just throwing him on waivers?

They suck.

 

Ken Holland is one of the worst GMs in the league. He has no clue how to handle any young assets, and whenever he has some cap space, he's like a kid in a toy store with birthday money. We had a ton of space, and spent it all so fast on pieces that aren't going to push this team to win a cup.

But hey, gotta keep that playoff appearance streak going!!!

The most complacent franchise, and the general fanbase encourages the "just make the playoffs to keep the streak", which doesn't help. I miss when the Wings were good..

 

Damn a lot of surprises on there. Bummed to see Griffith on there but I think his ship has sailed

I think I would choose condon.

 

We could afford either one, but are they really that much of an upgrade over Dell? My understanding is Wedgewood had worse AHL numbers than Dell, and Ill admit, I dont know much about Condon

As a former first round pick, McNeill getting passed over consistently over the years, then waived in a year when half our forwards are basically rookies says something

 

Also Desjardins is out 4-6 weeks, this young forward group is gonna scare the hell out of me

 

Sullivan confirmed it happened during practice on Friday. WCOH had nothing to do with it.

 

A lot of people were saying he didn't get hit once during practice, I really think they're protecting the WCOH in this situation

 

I think it'll most likely be Condon > Wedgewood and than you go into the Condon/Dell debate and it's kind of hard.

Condon showed some promise at the NHL level but Dell also has the AHL promise but no NHL experience.
