This deal is crazy strong

Only slight bonus for the Colts is $35mil of the remaining guarantees arent actually guaranteed until the start of the 2018 league year. And $22mil doesnt guarantee til the start of the 2019 league year. So, if shit goes sideways, they have an exit after 3 years that isnt awful

Cam Newton's contract is so nice compared some of these other QBs.

 

I get luck is a good young QB but that contract is craziness

 

I mean you guys have the defense to stifle anybody so I wouldn't be scared of any QBS if I was a Texans fan haha. That said everyone should be expecting 300 total yards and at least 2 TDs from Bortles in most divisional battles. Its not going to be easy unless our defense remains a catastrophic failure. Those who don't think he can do that consistently this season haven't been paying attention to his trajectory and really how good of a receiving corps he has so far.

Have to do it or you risk setting the precedent that not everyone who tests for what he did gets suspended.

McClain is lucky its not a whole year. Cause he got hit twice on his last one, which only got him 4 games (which was origianlly a 4 game fine).

Half the Cowboys defense is missing the first four games....and when the inevitable Sean Lee injury, they'll have 0 depth early on
