Was watching some highlights on the Jags website and just realized for Telvin Smith's pick 6 against the Bills he outran both LeSean McCoy and Robert Woods. So fast for a linebacker. Can't even begin to comprehend the range and dangerousness of the Jags defense with Myles Jack on the opposite side.

Maybe aside from Denver I think we have the fastest OLBs in the NFL

 

I'm excited to watch that Jags defense with Ramsey, Jack and Fowler.

How was Fowler's recovery been?

 

They're saying the strength is there, hes pretty close to being in football shape, hes able to cut and bend fully, and he's ahead of schedule. The blessing of his injury happening so early is he should be ready for training camp this year, it's more about how much he trusts the knee in the trenches when strong guys are pushing him back. A lot of players don't fully get back to their old field abilities until year two after an ACL injury so I'm not setting my expectations toooo high.

 

I'm actually less worried about Myles Jack performing well. I legitimately feel he's a strong DROY candidate. A torn meniscus may have more long term implications but I don't think it has as much as an immediate impact on an athlete
