Bulls fans finally get to see rose play with Melo

 

I get that Rose is ded, but I still don't think the Knicks gave up that much

Robin Lopez is an average player at best and Calderon is like 35

 

Thank god this didn't happen

 

Rose was barely a middle of the pack PG last year. I think we should retroactively be able to do the right thing and give the MVP to LeBron for the year Rose won it because NBA writers were spiteful.

 

Lopez is a legitimate asset and they got him for someone who will be considered a success if he plays more than half the season.

 

At least the Knicks will definitely get no.1 next year

They're about to draft Ben Simmons. It's one thing to sign a veteran point guard, but to trade semi significant value for one is insane.

 

Dwight and KP tandem could be interesting.

I'm a huge fan of KP and I want them to find another big to pair with him. His game is so unique that I really don't know who would fit.

What if the Knicks sign Noah and him and rose both get injured? Lol

 

If they were offering either Noel or Okafor for Teague Atlanta would have been insane to say no

I'm super excited for Rose. Lopez had a good year last year and he had a great contract but he's not going to be the guy that can push us further. I'm not saying Rose is either. But Rose has the potential to.

I love the trade for NY. Get rid of Calderon (thank the lord). I still think we can sign a big man like Noah and keep moving up. And if Rose doesn't end up working out, he's out in a year and we try again. I like this better than gambling on Mike Conley with a huge deal and hoping he can live up to it.
