Talk about ruining a potential star

This is the dumpster fire bulls I sign up for.

 

It's crazy how bad they need to rebuild and just let the young guys play.

 

I love Marcus Smart. But his basketball IQ is SO much lower than usual this game.

 

He's missing really makeable shots so far.

 

Isaiah Thomas is a tiny little monster and is going to be a hero in this town for a long-ass time.

 

Taj Gibson forgot how to ball really doesn't help either

Nice to see OKC beat the Clips after not a great night overall for the team. Done better to start the season than I imagined. Totally going to get murdered tomorrow. But whatever.

 

Now that the Indians season is wrapped up, I can finally focus 100% on the Cavs. Going to the game tonight. Was hoping Boston would be at full strength, but not looking like it.

 

Yeah, hopefully he sits a little bit to let it heal right and gets back out there. I guess Cleveland will be getting the Thomas show tonight.

 

They said at least a week. We're going to get blown out by Cleveland tonight. Missing two of our starting 5 and on the second game of a back-to-back?

 

What do you do that you go to all these games? Mad jealous.

 

Just insanely lucky, really. My dad has been a season ticket holder to both Cavs and Indians since I was a little kid. So I still go to a lot of games with him.

My wife hates me because I'm never home, haha.

 

I hope Westbrook goes off tonight, like for 60.

 

It's not a given that we will run you. Couple things. Most notably, Thomas plays the Cavs very well. This dates back before he became a Celtic. While we have been winning games, there is definitely a degree of coasting going on. No one has really came out punching us in the mouth yet. Lue to his credit is experimenting with new rotations from our roster changes and some minute restrictions. The backup PG role is kind of a mashup and still relatively undefined.

The bad part for teams is everything I just said. They are sort of rolling without overextending. Kyrie and Love look different. Kyrie is now the primary scorer and Love is playing freer and getting more looks.

Malcom Brogdon has looked pretty good so far.

 

It's been a pretty fun game so far. Giannis and Jabari are going to bring in a lot of highlights this season.

 

OMG I swear that is one of the greatest almost dunks of all time.

This dude is still only 21 years old.
