Not seeing this in my emoji options. Do I need a special plug in for this?

I just started reading Jay Williams' book, Life Is Not An Accident. Good motivational book, filled with cool anecdotes along the way. It's a quick read. Definitely recommended.

  6. I've been thinking of picking this one up. How in detail does it get about college basketball and all that? He's on Redick's podcast this week that I need to find some time to listen to as well.

There are a few chapters on it out of the 250ish pages. There is one on his choice of school, freshman, sophomore, and junior years. He mostly focuses on themes and his experiences. He breaks down a few game moments, but nothing like chronicling each game along the way. His story about meeting JJ from the podcast is the first chapter, so it's not a big spoiler.

Chicago really doing their best to not make the playoffs this year.

I can't believe that was his first winning buzzer beater considering how long he's been in the league. he's always been fourth or fifth banana on each team so I guess it makes sense, still pretty cool to see. His podcast has really made me appreciate him as a player and grow to like him a bit. Just wish he wasn't on the Clippers…

Ain't that the truth. This one moved up the list because it is a quick burn.

Anybody have the video of the LeBron dunk on Amundson and the Lativian gang banger? Apparently he got t'd up for taunting afterwards.

Haha ever since the Cavs traded Amundson, he has been going at it with his former teammates. I wonder what caused the friction.

Been checking out all of the international prospects that we aren't hearing about because they aren't in the tournament and I actually would be very okay with the Bucks, pending them staying around the 10-12 range, getting Korkmaz like a lot of places are predicting. Dude has a very pretty outside shot. Could be a nice utility player to fill in for Middleton off the bench.

International prospects are tough for me to develop an opinion for because I don't get to see any games. All I get to see are highlights of their good plays and read scouting reports.

I mean, yeah that's all I'm going off too haha

  23. I'm going to be in Chicago weekend of April 9th. Cavs are playing Bulls. Should I drop some money for the game? I've never been to Chicago and I can't decide if I should go to the game or do other things around the city.

United Center is definitely a cool stadium but it's also a shitty part of town. Think it depends on what you're trying to do - there are definitely better options if you have a limited schedule.
