Don't see why the release can't be staggered country to country like other films do plus Europe outside of Italy isn't in a bad way right now.
Depends whether the cost of the advertising that has been done already would be too great or not. I can't imagine it is cheap to advertise a film...
Thing is, no other films have delayed their releases and I personally haven't felt uneasy about being at a cinema.
