As is his flop/actually being fouled ratio.

 

Oh, and TIL: Ty Lawson is not very good.

 

You're a Houston fan ... is that the stat you wanna bring up?

 

He's one of very few, Ty Lawson was never that player. Just because he had a lot of assists doesn't mean his team won more. I think he thinks that we didn't know ty Lawson was a pretty good player a few years ago.

Not a few years ago. Literally up until this year.

 

Lawson played fine for two years for a pretty mediocre Denver team and put up some good assist numbers over the course of those two seasons. Still, I wouldn't want him as my starting PG nor do I think it's Harden's fault he was atrocious there. Although watching the defense with him and Harden on the floor at the same time was pretty masterful.

Houston's a better team having one of the top 10, maybe 7, maybe 5, players in the league on their team. I love, LOVE, talking shit on Houston ... but the mother fucker is absolutely a player that you can build a great around and could win a championship with.

I still think about that shot in the playoffs anytime I see Lillard. That was one of the worst things that's happened to me as a sports fan.

But the worst was my Bengals' playoff loss to the Steelers last year, and then the re-signing of Pacman Jones in the offseason, and the realization that it may be 20 more years before we win another playoff game.

Yea, that was totally dictated by Karl's spread offense and the amount of athleticism they had as well. He sat behind Chauncey for a few years, I guess that helped too. He's still not near a top tier player and never will be. He could definitely be as good as Isaiah Thomas (Boston) if he wanted to but with more assists, I just don't know who can get him back there and get his life situated. If he was in the east he might have been an all star one of those years but that's besides the point.

 

Warlock Rick needs to at least avoid the thunder from sweeping his mavs.
