Rogan's podcast was what got me in to podcasts but I haven't listened to it in years. He gives Alex Jones a platform, so fuck him.

I would have never heard Joey Diaz if I didn't listen to him so I'll always appreciate him for that at least.

 

Almost forgot until I got the email reminder from Ticketmaster, but I'm going to see Stephen Lynch tomorrow and I'm pretty stoked.

 

Burr is so overrated.

 

Yeah Bill Burr is someone I have very little interest in whatsoever. Just can't relate with most any of his material.

Re: that list, it's awesome to see Chris Gethard listed relatively prominently, and Amy Schumer being listed as a "rebel" is hilarious to me.

 

I just have less patience for Burr's type of humor

I've been going through it again on my podcast downtime. Four or five eps in. Great eps.

 

Just subscribed to sticher priemium in order to listen to Questions for Lennon and The Teachers Lounge. Yeesh this app sucks. I'd pay twice as much just to get these shows on the Apple Podcast app.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get an RSS link to howl/sticher shows?

Gethard's HBO special is tonight!

 

The Apple Podcasts app started refusing to download my subscribed shows so I downloaded Overcast. Anyone else use it? I dig it so far.

 

I switched from Downcast to Overcast because I was having Patreon issues with Downcast. I like Overcast a lot, the only thing I miss is being able to search for specific episodes of a podcast I'm already subscribed to, which maybe I can do and I'm dumb.

Gethard special is really really special. I have to use 2 hands to count the number of times I cried, either from laughter or from how brutally it reminded me of some of my own struggles. Can't recommend it enough, and I'm probably gonna rewatch it tomorrow.

He also announced a tour of Beautiful/Anonymous tapings and standup shows and I'm ridiculously excited to see him in less then a month on that.

 

Haven't seen Career Suicide yet but I am definitely expecting to blubber
