I don't post on facebook and can't break that kayfabe, but I'm trying to think of who I'd list for this "9 concerts I've been to, one's a lie". My lie would be blink. But the real question is who my misdirection would be. Maybe Eve 6. Or the country singerwho opened for Brian Fallon on his first big solo tour if he's relevant enough (but the fact that I can't remember his name tells me he isn't).

I'm championing a new retention program for my staff and I'm trying to get some ideas.

 

Pay them well. Cover higher percentages of benefits.

We're one of the top companies in my region so we have this type of stuff coverered. I'm more interested in the little things that management could do on a daily basis to keep morale high. I already started giving cards to staff on their anniversaries with a personalized message. That seems to work.

What's it like to work for a company that cares about employees?

Naw, I'm a Medical Technician in the lab. I test people's blood and other bodily fluids. I work close with the ER on blood draws though.
