Wow that's actually awesome to know. My cynical ass just always calls bullshit on those.

 

I don't blame you. Some of them HAVE to be rigged. I remember there was a poll Miz won from the same time when the app was a thing, and he won over one of the top three babyfaces at the time or something crazy. Reddit was all mad about it. On the legitimacy side though, there was also that HBK v. HHH match from the same Taboo Tuesday as the Benjamin thing, and they were pushing for Benoit or Edge to win the vote because Shawn wrecked his knee on the go-home Raw, but of course Shawn won and went out and limped his way through a 15 minute match.

 

Yes - most of Roman's matches with good workers are always good-to-great matches

 

Yeah, it's obviously not Roman's in ring work that's a problem. Dude has put on good to great matches almost consistently

 

I don't personally love Roman's ring work, I think he is very fortunate to be paired with the best in the game on a regular basis. He's no slouch, don't get me wrong, but most of my favorite spots and sequences from his matches have him on the receiving end. That said he is a master at bumping and selling which is something that is always missing from the "top guy" archetype and I don't think he gets nearly enough credit for that.

I'm sure this will be raw, unbiased, and totally not revisionist history at all. That said I'm in. I need a deleted scene of Hulk and Vince doing blow and writing No Holds Barred while locked in a hotel room.

Also, if anyone but Dennis Quaid plays Vince, I quit.

 

I'm guessing this will be the main plot of the film, Vince having a lifelong dream of actually being a wrestler.

A Vince biopic would be interesting.

A WWE films Vince biopic, not so much. They clearly lack the neutrality to give us a true look into the life of Vince McMahon.

 

What about Randy Quaid?

This is a really bad take

His match a couple years back against Big Show proved that he is a great worker. That match won me over huge on his in ring work

 

@SLADE775, you're really doing it wrong when you force people to defend Roman Reigns. Might I suggest taking up to 5-10 seconds to reread what you're about to post here and ask yourself, "Is this a sensible, quality opinion, or am I just talking out of my ass for the sake of it?"

So, how long do we think until creative hot shots a "one night only" Shield reunion? I'm thinking Summerslam looks something like:
Brock v. Strowman
Styles v. Orton
Shield v. HHH/Joe/???

 

I hope they don't rush the idea of a Shield reunion. Let Finn join up with Gallows and Anderson to officially become The Club. Have them tear up the Raw roster for a while. Then eventually to combat them, have The Shield reform at that point. But this is WWE so they will probably just have the Shield in a random six-man tag match in a couple of weeks on Raw.

 

Reigns is the only guy that could possibly have a worse finisher than the spear in the superman punch.

And he also uses the spear!

The super man punch is the worst finisher in pro wrestling history. It's just so stupid.

That's a much better idea. They have a lot of work to do in legitimizing Gallows and Anderson before The Club fills out their half of the marquee though. Here's hoping.
