Just gave in on eBay for Thrice.

Feeling sucks.

 

Snagged the Balance and Composure 7". No Thrice, no Coheed. It was pretty sad, there were about 30 records in total, guy said he couldn't get anything in. Weird.

 

Bummer guys.

 

JASON ISBELL has a new Vinyl out today for RSD. I got it but dont have a vinyl to MP3 transfer.. if anyone gets it or finds it, can you please send it my way??? thanks!!

 

Also, if anyone manages to see a copy of the Goo Goo DOlls box set 1000 print run, get it! lol I want it sobad

 

Anyone see the Jack White RSD release? Not sure what it is, but I guess there is one.

 

Saw one in Michigan, think it was a new RSD It was in the new section but didnt pay much attention to it sadly.

 

Hoping this goes digital or gets a wider release. Any store within 60 miles of me didn't have it.

 

Picked up the B&C 7," Star Wars 10," The Dark Crystal OST, and SDRE. So stoked.

 

Nothing for me today. I did buy John Morelands discography off his web store, so that's something!

 

I managed to get it, but I agree. I need a digital release!

 

friendly reminder to not buy anything from ebay too soon. many stores will have RSD titles available online starting Monday... my favorite over the years has been Bull Moose.

Really curious to hear those two one new Spoon track released on the Hot Thoughts RSD single.

So it looks like one of them is a remix (yuck), but one of them is an Elvis Presley cover!

Picked up Blade Runner, Priests, and the Danny Brown picture disc.

Yep, the store I went to didn't have Isbell. I grabbed a copy of Bruce at Hammersmith Odeon, but it was 80 fucking dollars. Who needs flippers to gouge prices when the stores/RSD itself are already doing it? Still bought a few things, but no RSD releases.

 

The Bruce record is high priced everywhere though.

 

I didn't realize that Isebell was so limited. My store still had a bunch and I was 50/60 back in line.

I saw this guy going through a rubbermaid bin near the releases, asked what those records were and got a Gollum-esque "They're mine!". He ended up being in front of me checking out and spent over $800.

Was able to snag Thrice and Balance & Composure. Ended up getting Thursday's Common Existence too because I'm seeing them tonight.

 

Which is stupid. It's a two-hour concert. It should be $50, tops.

 

My store just didn't get any Isbell. They pressed 4,000 of them, but I was one of the first people into the store and there weren't any copies.

 

How limited is the Isbell record?
