I've been in 2014 and 2016, and both times bought my 3 day passes in June or July off eBay/Craigslist. Always for $120 or less, ie cheaper than official channels.

    Definitely.

It's funny, I actually saw Joe walking by merch on Saturday last year and said hey to him.

Man seeing all these guesses makes me wish I was going this year :( speculating was always one of the fun parts of waiting for the lineup

Other than the Knuckle Puck clue I couldn't find any other ones. Less than 12 hours...

I mean it's almost too coincidental that Paramore is randomly releasing their new single on a Wednesday morning, side by side with the Riot Fest line up right? I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but if there's ever a time where them being on the line up makes sense, this would be it.

The 1975 and Sum 41 are playing a festival in Chicago in May, so if they were on this they'd be a 2nd wave addition, which would be dope. Same with Bayside and Say Anything, I would imagine.

The Wonder Years played last year, which doesn't necessarily mean they won't this year but I doubt it. And American Football is playing Pitchfork, sadly. And I think Panic is way too big, but I'd love to be wrong.

Just thoughts, not to be a downer haha.

Agreed on Sum 41. I fully expect them on the 2nd wave. Not so sure about the 1975, but it's possible. Say Anything I think will be tomorrow though. Their Chicago show is already sold out, and they were teased in that video, so there doesn't seem to be much reason to delay that announcement, and yea I think Bayside makes sense to go along with that. I don't think Panic! is too big, but they would be a headliner, and I can't see RF booking Panic and Paramore, so it seems like one or the other to me. I don't know there's honestly so many ways it can go. Less than 10 hours!

to me it's alllllllll about the headliners, the comebacks, the surprise acts etc. everything else is filler

Oh yeah, I forgot about American Football being on Pitchfork. That was why I didn't put Jeff Rosenstock and Pinegrove on it either. I think if TWY releases an album in the fall it'll increase their odds, but I definitely think they're more likely for 2018.

Working the night shift and just now getting off work does not bode well for me sleeping, given how excited I am.

Honestly I just want Rise Against do do a performance of a classic record. That would be my personal headliner. Anything else would just be a beautiful extra.

Was this streamed on a potato? And why is the potato the golden standard for poor quality comparisons?
