Pretty solid (fun) 34 minutes of music. As said before, it's a New Found Glory album and that's not a bad thing.

The lyrics on this are trash but I agree that they work; I don't find them nearly as distracting as, say, Mark's lyrics on California because at least NFG isn't pretending to be profound or poetic.

Blink definitely isn't pretending to be profound or poetic either, lol.

Makes sense...I had this FOB split with some band, guess it came out before TTTYG and Patrick sounds like he tried copy Jordan's voice...nothing against FOB

The songs I wasn't crazy about yesterday are growing on me. This album will probably actually have some lasting value.

I will say that I think Resurrection is their only bad album. Sure, NWAF and Radiosurgery certainly aren't the band at their best, but they're still mostly solid. Resurrection is the only one I can't play all the way through and enjoy.

I almost never go back to Radiosurgery, and I loved Not Without a Fight. Resurrection is alright but yeah, I agree with everyone that most of it is just not that special. I like it more than most, but i don't know...

I will say that this album is sitting better with me than all of those other albums when I first heard them. I hope it sticks with me a while.

Damn this record is great. I think this is the best Jordan has sounded in years, he really pushed himself on this record

With all the Radiosurgery talk in this thread, I went ahead and gave it a listen today. I still think that album is fun and has some very cool parts in it. I understand the dislike of it though. After hearing this new record and listening back on Radiosurgery, now I can't help but imagine what that album would've sounded like with the synth and keys that Makes Me Sick has. I think it would've been so rad. ugh.

I really like Radiosurgery. Ready Aim Fire is one of the catchiest songs they've ever made

Did anyone also hear those 5 or so songs that Jordan sang on this Country/Rock album couple years ago?it is fun, sounds like NFG plays really bad country music haha....its call For The Sender and it's on Spotify

Well it's not couple years ago haha it's like from last year but it's that bad that I already forgot about that and rather thought I heard it really long time ago

That was also my favorite track! So many of the others just kind of ran together for me, though. I generally like their overly poppy songs a lot, but I remember almost being annoyed with some of those tracks.

Fun fact: the chorus of "The Sound Of Two Voices" is about my relationship with ice cream.

  21. I can't get through Radiosurgery. It's the only NFG album I never feel like listening to at all. Resurrection is a close second though, but I was happy that it was more like NWAF, which is in my top 3 NFG records. Love that one.

Its hard to chose a favorite track on this new record. Two Voices always puts a smile on my face when it comes on, so that might take the cake.

It is definitely between these song though haha

    The Sound of Two Voices
    Call Me Anti-Social
    Say It Don't Spray It
    You're Jokes Aren't Funny Anymore
    Party On Apocalypse
    Short and Sweet

Two voices, the opener, say it, barbed wire

I loathe the high notes he hits in some of the choruses (apocalypse and two others that escape me)
