That's what I'm most excited for, two guitars. That was the biggest gripe for me with Resurrection. It seemed so bland and un-NFG with one guitar

Love the video, especially the end. I lol'd at the part where the kids are playing N64 but they don't show the tv screen. Don't want get Content ID'd by Nintendo.

Can't believe this is out there. I kept saying I couldn't wait for it and now I'm kind of upset it came so early haha.

Guess I'll take a listen to this at the gym tonight. Had this thing preordered forever now. Can't wait to hear it!

Excited to get my paws on this at some point over the weekend but I've liked neither song much at all.

So happy people are digging the record though!

The Sound of Two Voices is probably my favorite so far. Definitely a highlight in their career. What. A. Song.

Overall, I really like this album. The production is mind-blowing. I can't believe Sprinkle was able to make everything sound so clear without going overboard and making it sound compressed. Very impressed by that with how much is going on in these songs. I think it adds a lot to these songs. I can definitely say I haven't liked a NFG album this much on first listen since S&S and Coming Home.

Anyone who is a fan of Catalyst (i.e. Failures Not Flattering) and Coming Home will love this album.

Middle school me would've been swooning to this so, so hard. Most enjoyable release of theirs since Catalyst.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. In my opinion, the styles remind me of a mix of Not Without a Fight and Radiosurgery, but the heavy use of the synths gives them a fresh sound. Not a bad song on here, but I can't get enough of the first two tracks.

Dude! I thought the same thing after hearing the entire thing. I like Makes Me Sick so much more on the first listen than I did when I listened to California.

Based on one listen so far, I would definitely agree. This album is really enjoyable to listen to. Ive never had a problem with any NFG record, but rarely can I listen to one from start to finish (besides coming home). This is hands down their best since that.

Party On Apocalypse is catchy, but I have to say being bitter old men didn't suit them on Stories of a Different Kind and it doesn't suit them here. Oh well.

I've never really listened to this band outside of a song or 2 but this record is fucking awesome! that opener is fire!

Also Aaron Sprinkle is on a winning streak with Acceptance and this record, mega excited for the SOTY record he's producing.

Loving this album definitely the best since Not Without A Fight!

My only criticism is that I have to agree with what someone said above that Jordan's vocals sound a little lost when all the interments are going. Also Iwish it was 2 tracks longer but can't have it all!

Are there supposed to be any b-sides/bonus tracks for this?

Are they almost done recording that? It's been a while and I'm pretty stoked for it.
But yea, Barbed Wire is probably my favorite. The only song I can't get into is The Sound Of Two Faces.

I don't have much time because I should be writing my dissertation, but from what I've heard (every song out of order and not paying much attention) this is a step up over the last two records.

I was kinda sick of almost everything sounding the same so the synths are definitely refreshing, wouldn't mind if they took them even further the next time. I've been craving a proper Coming Home follow-up for a long time and this is the closest they have ever come to that sound.

"Blurred Vision" is my favorite NFG song since NWAF. Quite a tune.

Nothing official yet, but they had 14 songs on their song board and on their behind the scenes videos there are a couple tracks playing that aren't on the record. So, I would say yes. haha

They are still finishing it up. Aaron had his record and NFG going on, plus the band has their own jobs and bands going on. From the last update I saw they were finishing bass. All that remains would be extra vocals and keyboard type of stuff. Main vocals, guitars, drums, and most harmonies are all done. They are also going to spend more on mixing and mastering since the response was so good. That could further delay it since it wasn't scheduled way out.

I looove the synth. Call me anti social is probably my favorite. This ended up being a lot different than I expected.

The pre-chorus vocal melody in that song is one of favorite parts on this album.

Glad to see everyone is loving it.. Unfortunatelty, it hasn't hit me the way I expected it to on first listen. I think it'll be a grower for me, but favorites on first listen are the first four tracks
