Trust me, it's worth it bud!

 

It really is. Makes catching up in the morning much easier on the eyes.

I expect an exclusive holiday theme, as well, when the time comes, haha

And yes, a holiday theme will have to be done! I hope I have time before the damn year flies by on me. I can't believe how fast April got here.

 

It has been quick, hasn't it? It's weird to think I've been in this apartment for 6 months already considering how incomplete my office still is. When you judge time based on projects, things tend to fly by you.

 

It really has. Even with this launch planned out pretty damn far in advance, I always kept thinking "oh, April is really far away" — from like October of last year on. And then ... well ... nope.

 

of course! i was never super active on AP, but it means a lot to me after visiting it pretty much every day for 11+ years, so there was never any question whether or not i was migrating over.

(quick side note, i utilized the nifty "highlight part of a post and reply directly to it" option for this post. that is awesome, haha)

Dark mode rules.

 

I'm sitting here now in my completely dark home office with this bright, bright white screen blinding me, haha. Right now isn't the best time as I'm in the process of selling my house and moving to the west, but hopefully I'll be able to show my monthly support very soon and get a hold of that dark theme. Looks sexy! Excellent job.

 

I need to get my hands on that dark mode at some point.

I was more than happy to pay a few dollars to have dark mode on Overcast, definitely happy to have it here as well! Looks fantastic.

 

Yeah I absolutely hate this white background; terrible on the eyes. Guess I'll have to get the subscription

Sticking to the light side. It's too pretty.

 

Thought about switching to light mode for a second to compare, but then I thought about how bad it is when movies/shows transition to a bright ass scene after a dark one, and thought better of it.

 

Check out the news page, it's a trip going back and forth.

one of the (many) reasons I decided to become a supporter. it looks so damn good in dark mode, just like Pocket and Tweetbot.

 

Just upgraded and it feels so good.

Now, about that throwback AP.net scheme.....
