I'm going to wait until the lineup announcement to make a first impression priority list. I get the feeling Salem won't have some of the bands in the leak (Hatebreed probably won't be on and that's a bummer) and we may get some bands near the beginning only.

I'm pretty sure someone should have confirmed what demographic they were talking to when they posted the leaked lineup on r/poppunkers. They called the lineup "crazy good" forgetting that there's only 4 "pop-punk" bands on the entire leaked lineup, and everyone is like "where's the good lineup?"

On the flip side of that, r/metalcore is stoked.

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

    1. Dance Gavin Dance
    2. Suicide Machines
    3. CKY
    4. Anti-Flag
    5. The Ataris
    6. The Adolescents
    7. Hawthorne Heights
    8. War on Women
    9. Hands Like Houses
    10. Beartooth
    11. Neck Deep

Overall really disappointed with this, though. This is the least appealing Warped Tour line up to me personally, and this will be my 14th straight year in a row.

I don't think I've ever got drunk at Warped. That might change this year. I'm usually too busy running around trying to catch all the bands I want to see.

Same here to be honest, haha. We can drink together.

r/metalcore would have been even more stoked if it also had Wage War, Make Them Suffer and Invent, Animate.

Band that's popular and breaking up?
    Brand New; Confirmed.

As I do with every year's lineup, I will go through the list and listen to each band to see how I like them. This year is especially important as there are many bands I am not very familiar with. I always find some bands I end up really liking. I sure hope that is the case this year cause from what I see right now, not looking too great

Hadn't Brand New basically confirmed it without actually confirming it?

2018 could be when they originally planned it, but with the album getting delayed out of 2016, it could easily be 2019, 2020, or even later.

Pretty sure it was said its not a early to mid 2000's band.

The pop punk band that's breaking up this year is probably The Story So Far. I'd be okay with it to be honest.

It was a joke, Brand New would never play Warped.

I know they wouldn't. But they could bring out 4 other bands that could/would.

Probably is TSSF. They never left Pure Noise for a bigger label and they always seemed like one of those bands that could call it quits at any moment because they were "bored" with the type of music that they're making.

They wouldn't be the ones "bored" with their music!

Their live show would say different! Haha i love them but they seem to be more into listening/making hardcore-type music and they were never 100% involved in the "scene" they're in. Both fans and the band have to be tired of playing and hearing the same type of music for three albums and seven years now

Vincent from The Acacia Stain is still working on keeping it under the wraps.

I wonder if Lyman spent more time putting together Warped Rewind than he did Warped Tour. I'm sure Warped Rewind will be more fun for him personally.

I wonder if that means Escape the Fate is only playing partial dates this year? Didn't someone on here confirm them awhile ago?

Still upset that Lyman decided to boot Snoop and 2pac hologram. Would've been an awesome show.

I actually feel like this lineup is one of the best, just in it's own way. Even if it's shitty from a ticket-selling standpoint, I'm being inteoduced to all of these cool up and coming bands and I think that's a Kevin Lyman wanted the tour to be.
