Just seen Huddersfield's goal, I'm starting to think I'm better than Bravo in goal.

    Edit: The goal in question.

It's so rare to see a goalkeeper who looks genuinely terrified of a football.

At this point they might as well sign Wayne Shaw.

Has to go down as one of the worst decisions ever to sell Hart for him.

I wonder what happened between Barcelona and City, because that's not the same Bravo at all. Kinda baffling how fast he fell.

Also, Neymar's freekick and Rakitic's goal are both beautiful. Weird af formation, can't deny the result. And it looks like the players were having fun. Haven't seen that in awhile.

I go away for a few minutes and miss both of City's goals.

Yeah, I'm really curious about this. Usually people would put this down to a change in styles between leagues, maybe the Premier League being a bit more physical, but its not just that. He struggles when the ball comes anywhere near him.

I'm not a City fan on any level, but I can see maybe why they chose to replace Hart and get Bravo, as having a ball playing keeper is important for Guardiola (I hate all this snobbery the British footballing press has had around this sort of thing), and Bravo was fantastic for Barca. But its backfired so spectacularly...

Bravo isn't even good with the ball at his feet. So nervous.

    I can't even believe he's called Bravo.

Oh for sure, I mean that's a whole debate in itself. If that's what they wanted, why not go for someone else? I just meant purely on the "Bravo or Hart" choice.

I remember being at the etihad and watching Hart and Pantilimon warm up, they were doing long kick outs. Pantilimon nailed all.of his and Hart was shocking so I suppose it's just Hart is really bad with his feet lol

Interesting. Wonder who they'll go for. Simeone? Rumor has it he's leaving Atleti for the Argentina job so he can coach Messi, but this would also fulfill that requirement.

    Sampaoli is the front runner.

    Trusted

Bayern vs BVB or Lotte in the semis of the DFB-Pokal. Hope it doesnt end like 2 years ago with these awkward penalties.

also, barca really need to have a look at themselves in regards to two of their last four managers resigning and citing the need to rest. couple that with one of the other two being sacked and it's not exactly painting an enticing picture for someone to come manage them.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Saw the Huddersfield goal last night. I can only assume that Bravo is there to fill up the shirt during matches as an advertisement, because he's been pretty terrible as a goalkeeper.

The goal was poor, but he very nearly got done a second time in the first half, when he made a real meal of another shot at his near post. Fortunately for him, the ball bounced to somewhere he could grab it. Otherwise, it looked like another howler.

Kevin Friend has just booked Surman, for the second time. And hasn't sent him off.
