yeah im not sure what they are going to do with the rubio/wanting a veteran guard for a year or two while dunn gets molded into the offense. I think rubio is an average at best PG, there are things i like (creating offense for others, some veteran leadership) but i think he gets too risky on defense trying to make plays and usually leaving someone else on an island, and essentially its 4 on 5 on offense when hes on the floor. i dont think we have enough shooters around him to flourish in the system.

i think ideally i would like them to get darren collison sense it seems the kings are having a firesale before the deadline.

Where? Who was offering something better? If Portland, Boston, PHX and the Lakers all basically said no to the players you wanted and/or deal, what are you getting?

Some writer floated a McCollum-to-Sixers trade about a month ago. Lillard might have slightly less value because of his contract but not significantly less. IMO, seems like Noel+expirings+1 first isn't enough for Portland (unless they're really desperate for cap space) and Noel+expirings+2 firsts is too much for Philly (unless one of the firsts is way down the line or the Thunder pick).

 

How about Andre Drummond to the Wolves, in exchange for Lavine, Bazz, Rubio and future 1st round pick?

 

I think that could happen, Drummond seems pretty available. Kat and Drummond would be a fun frontcourt. I think they'd do it for just Lavine and a 1st easily, the rest would be throw ins. The only thing is I have no idea what svg is doing.
