the more and more i reflect on this season, the more and more I feel Thibodeau will be the guy next season

Defense is always an issue and Harden already plays 40 minutes a night so not like anything would change on that front

Morey may have to go for that to work though

Granted, I was fairly inebriated at that game, but it did not feel like a 20-point blowout.

That liftoff hoop from just inside half court from Thomas to Kelly was a nice play. You guys are simply rolling right now and you can tell by how loose, but controlled they are playing.

Oh yeah we were all losing our minds on that play. Never seen Kelly get that kind of air.

And yeah the encouraging thing was that Isaiah didn't have to go off and score 30 for us to play well.

I mean yes, he is going to win the award. However, CJ is playing a ton more minutes than he did last year. Is that really all improvement or just way more opportunity? I think Kemba should win it because he took his game to a whole different level, and as a result his team has climbed in the East landscape.

I'm just hoping the Wolves find the right coach, they could be really good really fast

    You're really overthinking this award.

That's fine. I just don't think that giving the award to the player who's scoring numbers jump the most equals most improved. It just seems so canned and formulaic. I personally believe Kemba should get it. He's been a heavy minutes guy and the best player on his team. He took his game to another level and that's what you want to see from core players.

If that's the case then Curry or Leonard should win it

I definitely think you can make a case for both.

I don't know. I'm kind of excited about LAC/Portland and I think the Eastern Conference (outside of Cleveland) is a toss-up so those should be fun.

I completely agree with this. More minutes/opportunity should not necessarily mean most improved. CJ has definitely taken advantage of the opportunity though so I think he deserves it, but I don't think someone who has always played heavy minutes should be ignored. Curry is hands down the most improved player imo. His stat comparisons to last year are insane, especially considering he was the MVP.

I just think that most improved and sixth man awards have become lower tier scoring awards. That may be the case in a given year, but it just feels like the NBA has boxed itself in that line of thinking. Tristan Thompson should be up for sixth man, but I highly doubt he wins it.

  16. Tristan should win all of the awards.

Watching "Iverson" right now after putting it off for awhile. Its pretty good, Pat Croce seemed like such a cool guy for an exec.

  18. Warriors look tired. If they lose this game they should just sit everyone the rest of the games.

  19. Warriors can rest their guys after they lose tonight

Hubie Brown is not enjoyable to listen to if you know the game, but I will always chuckle at his long diatribes to say something simple like there was a rebound.

  21. Curry looks flat out exhausted. He hasn't had a "wow" game in a while. The playoffs are gonna be brutal. I say fuck it: Sit him.

yea I'm more and more leaning towards sitting them for the final 2

Would be great to see them beat the record but either way they're going down as one of the best of all time at this point. Looks like it's wearing this team out more and more

  25. That ..... I can't tell.

Don't think it's above the cylinder on first look.
