Oh, I am speaking of the 360/PS3 games! lol

 

Seriously fuck this...

World at War was worse though...just...yeah grenades..

 

I couldn't finish World at War on veteran haha. I'm almost temped to buy it for PS3 and use a USB mod so I can show that game who's boss. There are mods for invincibility, ray gun in campaign, no clip, etc. haha

 

I never played World at War. I got through MW 1 and 2 without too much trouble but COD2 was just impossible.

I've heard people that reviewed the game and Souls games saying that it is significantly "harder" than the Souls games

 

I'm 1 hour away from playing 500 hours of Smite.

 

I don't know how you guys have the patience for games like that.

 

Smite or Souls?

I'm 75 hours into Stardew Valley and bought it in January

 

Souls. Smite is whatever.

 

I played probably about that much in my first month on PC, I think I ended up sinking 200h total or something. I considered buying it again on the PS4 but decided to instead wait when I can live dangerously with a portable version on the Switch.

 

Yeah no doubt I'm going to get the Switch version. Probably won't go hard again right away though haha.

 

They're just so fantastic in every aspect that it's worth the effort for me. Plus the satisfaction of beating a really difficult boss or section is so good. It helps that the gameplay is so tight and enjoyable that even playing the same sections over and over again is fun.

If From Software really are moving away from Souls games after 3 I'm so happy there's games like Nioh keeping that formula alive, I just hope the story/lore is good in that game.

 

Armored Core For Souls is probably what's cooking next + Bloodborne 2.

 

I don't really see what they could do with a Bloodborne 2. That game is so perfectly self contained. I obviously wouldn't say no to a Bloodborne 2 but I'd be more interested in something new.

 

If From Software won't do it, Sony will have some other dev team do it

 

Namco will have someone make Souls games that will feel exactly lik they do now, most likely even From, just with a different lead (like DS2). That franchise is too big for them and most Japanese console game publishers can't be picky anymore.

 

Oh man, that would make me so salty.

 

I'd love for people to keep making Souls games with different styles and asthetics as long as theyre well done.

World at War is a joke. An absolute joke. This is coming from someone who struggled with COD 2 recently. None of the others are much trouble. Just those two.

 

Also, fuck the haters - Homefront The Revolution is an absolute blast. Worth the $15 I paid for sure. Takes the Far Cry 3-4 model and puts a nice spin on it with the whole resistance model.

Very very fun. The patches after launch seem to have helped performance a lot, very little issues so far.

 

Gravity Rush is so much fun.

 

Black Ops 3 realistic difficulty is a joke. 1 hit and youre dead.
