Yeah I get that. At least your "bad performance" came in a cup and didn't even really matter I guess?

The only possibility of it being boring comes from the style imo. Under Strachan + Deila, Celtic won the league but the style was boring. Winning wasn't and imo never can be boring but the games weren't always enjoyable. Under Rodgers it's completely different and I could never get tired of this.

I also consider the horrendous treatment of the Irish both in Ireland and Scotland that led to the foundation of Celtic (and Hibs and Dundee United) and so every win for Celtic feels like a celebration of the survival of my culture and my diaspora, even if the games are won by a Parisian striker who probably has no idea what the Famine was.

Interesting. I think that last part is something I had never really considered I guess. It gives it more of an edge, compared to for instance, Bayern winning the league at a canter and beating teams 5-0 every week.

Regardless, always vastly preferred Celtic to Rangers so you can win it every year for all I care!

True enough but losing our unbeaten streak like that was pretty bad too. We've been in bad form since Liverpool help us and it's worrying

Why are Everton re-signing Jose Baxter.

  6. Chelsea losing to Liverpool and Arsenal next week would be so amazing.

Those assholes will probably win both though.

Absolutely no idea. He's a bad egg and everyone is speechless he's re-signing.

Also, four game touchline ban for Wenger. Can't imagine it's going to be a huge differential though, he's not exactly a shouty inspirational kind of manager.

  15. Holy shit what a (shit) game

Our back line looked awful the entire game but Son and Dele saved us. Janssen had a nice appearance as well. Thrilling way to win even if it's against a 4th tier team haha

Can't imagine how Wycombe must feel right now. They deserved to win that game.

Remember when Spurs fans mocked up for "over celebrating" a comeback against Bournemouth..?

Regardless, good game, shame Wycombe couldn't hold out but they made their own downfall on those last two/three goals.

Who's this guy scoring for Arsenal? Must be a new signing or something.

I've been watching tennis, but if anyone sees a picture of this I'd love to see it. Sounds ridiculous.

Thanks, Sam. Figured the yards was hyperbole, but espn doesn't typically go that far.

Neymar put this on Instagram. Wonder if they'll fine him.

Watford lmao. Millwall should be two up but the player put it in with his hand

If they fine him it would be out of spite for making them look like idiots. La Liga not having goal line technology yet is appalling.

Right? He posted a video, too, and he's legit tackled from behind around the neck right before the shot goes in so either way, that was a shocking two seconds of reffing.
