No, XIII was awful about it and it was one of the main reasons I wasn't a huge fan of that game. I still felt like there was a story in that game though and that things were actually happening, even if I wasn't always sure what, ha.

In XV I feel so disconnected to any story it has going on.

I personally don't play many JRPG'S but I think this article resonates with what a lot of you are talking about with Final Fantasy.

 

So great how dark it is. They were constantly surprising me in those later chapters.

 

I checked my stats for rocket league and I have 158 wins in 314 games played which gives me a 50% winning percentage. Nice.

I also average a goal per game which sucks to me. I should be scoring more.

 

Yeah it really sucks World of Final Fantasy hasn't gotten much attention - it feels very much like a traditional JRPG in every sense of the world. Not only that, but it's adorable, endearing, and doesn't even feel like something that would come out nowadays.

 

It's okay guys Persona 5 is coming in April.

Crazy you feel that way about the soundtrack. I probably couldn't even recognize it from a lineup and I beat the game.

Yeah the lack of party members sucks. I always love choosing my own party and upgrading them specifically.

 

What I played of FFXV had a fantastic soundtrack, easily my favorite part of the game.

 

Since we are on the topic of JRPG's, I am going to try and go back and complete Enchanted Arms. It seemed like a good game but I couldn't get into at the time so I stopped playing it. Has anyone else here played it? Thoughts on it?

That's because they started almost completely at zero again about three years before release.

 

I'm so excited for it.

 

A month or two back I expressed my fear of what stardew valley might do to me....and now that I've started playing it, it would seem that my fears were justified.

I go to bed (in game) feeling good about what I accomplished, and I wanna feel that way again, so before I know it I've played another day, and the cycle repeats itself.
